DELIVERY:
Pinto Ranch will endeavor to ship most orders within 24-36 hours and will notify you promptly of any backorders or delays. Custom or special orders will take 4-8 weeks for delivery. Our shipping and handling charges within the United States are based on a flat fee + $1 per additional item.

International shipments (including Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) will require additional shipping charges calculated for you before your order is shipped.

Next Day Air (next available business day) and Second Day Air (second available business day) are options and can be selected in your final order. Additional costs are based on the weight of your order and the zip code of the receiving address. Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 11:00am CST, Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays), with upgraded shipping will ship the same day.
