The Kestral "Silver Lair" features a hand-carved steling silver frame with fossil coral inlay. This design has a deep finger groove where the blade meets the handle that makes this knife remarkably comfortable in the hand. The blade features William Henry's distrinctive wave pattern and is made from ZDP-189m, a powder metal die steel that yields an extremely sharp edge. The one hand button lock and the thumb stud are both set with a spinel gemstone.
A limited edition model, each knife is individually numbered 1-100 and inlcudes a lanyard for carrying, a leather case and an elegant wood presentation box. Since 1997 William Henry have produced award-winning knives and accessories; They are known for their heirloom quality pieces. They use state of the art alloys, natural materials, precious metals and gemstones. Each model is made in extremely limited quantities, using a range of exquisite techniques both cutting edge and traditional.

Knife can be sharpened using conventional methods - Do not use an electric sharpener. Sharpening angle should range between 18 and 22 degrees. Alternatively, knives can be sent to William Henry for expert sharpening.
